and don't want to sell. so when there's this constant approach from these brokers, it's harassment. >> reporter: i made repeated calls and sent several e-mails to the archdiocese, so far no comment. reporting live in the mission. looks like an early victory for rich man. a judge said today he will toss out ayla suit that would have stopped the city from using eminent domain to take over homes with underwater mortgages. less than 24 hours after the city council approved the imminent domain plan, today two banks asked the federal judge for an immediate injunction. the judge indicated the request was premature, since richman's plan includes more actions that haven't taken place yet. new bridge, new problem. we've heard from a lot of people who don't think naming the bay bridge after willie brown is such a good idea. but most of them kind of shrug it off.

3100 acres have burned. firefighters expect to have it contained by tomorrow. they don't know who was target shooting or if they are still looking for him or her. a massive fire destroyed a board walk that was still rebuilding. it's this, flames taking over a sign reads fun town. dozens of businesses burned and now hours later crews have the fire under control. cbs reporter vanita shows us how firefighters kept it from getting worse. >> plumes of thick black smoke swallowed real estate in seaside park new jersey. it quickly spread to nearby buildings over a span of several blocks. workers say it came on fast and furious. >> it was smoke coming up from under the boards. nobody saw any flames. >> reporter: spectators watched in dismay taking photos and

videos. they gassed when this building came down -- gassed when this building came down. firefighters tried to reach the blaze but on the grounds winds and tar roofs -- ocean winds. that's the same area where super storm ravaged the board walk thrusting a popular roller coaster into the ocean. governor chris christy is promising state help. >> as soon as this is over, we'll pick ourselves up, we'll dust ourselves off and get back to work. >> cruz actually removed a replaced board walk to create a fire line. >> it wasn't even finished being rebuilt and again it's gone, and it's heart breaking for a lot of people. >> reporter: several firefighters and residents were treated for smoke inhalation. about 400 firefighters from agencies all around new jersey

had to be called in to fight that fire. from fire to floods, people in colorado are getting ready for more heavy rain tonight. the rivers and creeks overflowed filling streets, washing away cars. flood waters around the campus of the university of colorado flooding buildings, dorms and a parking garage. breaking news, the u.s. consulate in afghanistan was just attacked. and tonight the taliban is claiming responsibility. two security guards and five of the attackers were killed. no americans were hurt. the attack comes a day after the anniversary of 9/11 and a year and a-1/2 after the deadly attack on the u.s. consulate in libya. american and diplomats are working on a plan for syria to turn over its weapons.

secretary of state john kerry and russia's foreign minister met in wilt certify land to talk about the plan. syria says it will be more than a month before it discloses information on the chemical weapons and only if the u.s. stops threatening the military action. kerry made it clear it's not on their terms. >> expectations are high. theyare high to the united states, perhaps even more so for russia to deliver on the promise of this moment. this is not a game. the words of the syrian regime in our judgment are simply not enough. >> president obama still wants the threat of a u.s. military strike on the table, but he's hopeful for a diplomatic solution. talks will reconvene tomorrow. trouble behind the wheel, what's behind the spike in women getting arrested for dui. twitter makes plans to go public. how long before employees and others can start making money on the stock.

a st we learn today that more and more women are getting busted while driving while intoxicated. and kid doe tells us there's a difference between men and women offenders. >> reporter: seems like this crash are becoming more common all across the country. women busted for driving while intoxicated. but why? researchers interviewed hundreds of offenders and law enforcement on firnls. they found -- officials. they found all women had gone through some stressful event. they found 75% of the women besides being drunk were on
